Technique: Ink and acrylic on paper and Dibond
Fabien Dezache was born in Rouen in 1990. He lives and works in Le Havre in Normandy.
Since a young age, he has been immersed in the world of Marvel comics, Hergé and Schulz to name a few. He draws inspiration from these drawn heroes today in order to create, in his paintings, improbable narrative threads open to everyone's personal interpretation. Thus, he can improvise a meeting as Snowy and Lucky Luke in a surreal universe that he composes using different techniques such as graffiti-style painting, stencils and collage then various mediums and materials such as cardboard, acrylic and the aerosol can.
At the beginning, some great artists of the 20th century such as Dali, Miro and Gaudi presented themselves to him as essential references and inexhaustible sources of inspiration, but little by little, his Dezache stood out from these masters and evolved towards a style which is part of a trend initiated by Blek Le Rat, Jef Aérosol, by Erro and Speedy Graphito.
In order to recover certain objects from his daily life that he uses as painting supports, Dezache recently began to work on gasoline cans and road signs that impose no limits.
