Dear customers, please note that shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. You will have the option to insure your package or not among the shipping choices. Thank you for choosing our services!

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on the size of the artwork and the destination. Our shipping costs are higher than traditional packages in paper bags or cardboard boxes because we use custom-made wooden crates specifically designed to protect each artwork during transport.

Order Processing Times

In the gallery, order processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. However, if framing is required, an additional 2 to 5 business days are needed for the framer to create the custom frame.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase once the carrier has taken possession of the artwork. If you do not receive the tracking number, feel free to contact us and we will provide it to you.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days for North America and 5 to 15 business days for the rest of the world. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific customs requirements of each country.

For example, import fees may apply for France. For shipments to the United States, a Social Security Number (SSN) or a tax ID will be required to associate the shipment with an individual or a company.

    Customs Fees

    Customs fees may be charged due to your country’s regulations. Clients are responsible for customs duties.

    However, we will assist you by providing all necessary information for customs clearance as quickly as possible.

    Didn't Receive Your Parcel or It's Damaged?

    If you do not receive your package and the tracking information provides no explanation, or if your package is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

    In case of damage, take photos of the outside of the box, the inside, and the damaged artwork. These photos must be sent to us as soon as possible since we have 48 hours to file an insurance claim. Please note that this procedure is only applicable if you have selected shipping insurance at the time of purchase.
