Diederik van Apple was born in 1985 in Leiden, the Netherlands, and grew up there. In childhood he always visualized the big picture. There was no line between fantasy and reality. He was addicted to Walt Disney books and legendary films like The Godfather, Scarface, Pulp Fiction and Boondock Saints. He loved to see the stories, read them, and get involved as if he were part of the play. In 2003 he started studying law, but after two years he found that he could not express his creativity in this course and decided to quit. In 2005 he started as an art representative in an art gallery in Amsterdam.

During these years he traveled around the world, took part in exhibitions and art fairs for the art gallery and found his passion. With his experience, artistic insight and passion for art, he began to think of designs for works of art. Combine his imagination with the artistic atmosphere in which he has lived for the past few years. There was no boundary between work and leisure and he started to build unlimited possibilities of digital mix media art. After its first start in 2017, he produced three series of limited editions that were sold out within a very short time. This was the beginning of Van Apple's art and his career. He took 6 months and released amazing new series of works of art; Mr. Satoshi, Golden Tweety, loved by Daffy and Mickey Who.

After his last releases, he decided to delve deeper into the creative mood and flew to Ibiza once. The most artistic island on earth has been a great success and new things often appear. His works of art are currently very popular with art lovers worldwide and investors are fascinated by his style. Van Apple's art is a combination of digital techniques such as photography and famous features. The base of the art is aluminum or gold foil, then he adds holograms, colors, glitter, diamonds and other handmade items. All works of art are processed by hand with several layers of epoxy resin. By adding these layers, he can create innovative and unique mix media art with a fantastic 3D effect.
