Garon, Pierre
Pierre Garon was born in 1911 in Matane, in the province of Quebec.
Drawing since early childhood, Pierre Garon began painting around 1955, alongside well-known Quebec painters such as René Richard, Léo Ayotte, Arthur Genest, Stanley Cosgrove, and Albert Rousseau, with whom he painted for ten years. Pierre Garon exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Fine Arts in New York in 1979, and at Galerie Mouffe in Paris and St. Moritz in 1976.
