Labbé, Annie
Annie Labbé is a Canadian contemporary visual artist working in geometric and architectural abstraction. She was born in 1979 in Québec City and lives and works in Lévis, Canada.
For nearly twenty years, her work has explored notions of territory, space, and perception through large-scale acrylic paintings. Recognized for her refined compositions, chromatic architectures, and inhabited horizons, she has developed a practice in which color, geometry, and depth engage in a dialogue to create sensitive, immersive spaces.
