This year, Martin Beaupré is meeting the public twice for two major events. The first takes place in August in Montreal, followed by a second in Toronto in October. Two special opportunities to discover exclusive new works brought together under one theme: daring. Daring to follow your path and break free from stillness. Daring to look differently, to feel, and to create.
"I want to tell stories, fun ones, but with an important message: dare to be alive!" - Martin Beaupré
While staying true to his signature world, the works presented unfold a more surreal narrative, like a monk carrying his spring, symbolized by a blooming cherry tree, in his canoe. Each canvas tells a story that is accessible, poetic, and meaningful. These two events will also be an opportunity to meet Martin Beaupré, talk with him, and watch live painting moments.
About the artist
Martin Beaupré is a Quebec painter who has been creating for over 30 years. His refined style, inspired by Eastern culture, seeks balance between inner and outer forces. Recognizable for their vast luminous spaces, suspended mountains, and meditative monks, his works invite contemplation and introspection. Collected in Canada and internationally, he has developed a deeply human body of work where spirituality, modernity, and poetry coexist with ease.
